Terms and Conditions

This agreement applies as between you, the user of this website, customers via other sales channels and Sew Wicked Ltd, the owner of this website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions from your first use and repeat use of the website and purchases from Sew Wicked Ltd via other on line sales channels. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.

No part of this website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

Price: All prices are quoted in Sterling (£).

Payment: Payment is only accepted via Paypal/Credit or Debit Card. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us. Payment of your order via Paypal is completely secure, we do not retain any payment information or card details. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your credit card company or bank in relation to the processing of your order. Please note that if for any reason your payment is not authorised by your bank or credit card company we will not be able to proceed with your order.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of goods available from Sew Wicked Ltd correspond to the actual goods, Sew Wicked Ltd is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct goods, not different goods altogether.

Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, colour or other features of the goods that you are purchasing.

All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

We will notify you by way of email when your goods have been dispatched to you. In stock items will normally be despatched the following day.

Orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. If 1st class postage is paid we will send by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If Special Delivery service is paid we will send by Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm service . 

It should be noted that we cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused by strikes (postal etc) or any acts of God. During busy periods please allow extra time for delivery e.g. Christmas, Black Friday etc.

Please ensure you provide a complete postal address as we cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to be delivered due to an incomplete address. We will not be liable for an item that is returned to us due to non delivery. You, the customer, will be responsible for any additional postal costs in this case.

Sew Wicked Ltd aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. 

If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 10 days to arrange return. In this case Sew Wicked Ltd is responsible for paying the return costs. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.

If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Sew Wicked Ltd within 10 days to arrange return. In this case Sew Wicked Ltd is responsible for paying the return agreed costs.

We recommend the customer checks all items in their order for any damage or errors as soon as the package arrives in case any returns or exchanges are required.

Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.

If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Sew Wicked Ltd within 10 days and arrange return if necessary. In this case Sew Wicked Ltd is responsible for paying the return costs.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. If the goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but you have changed your mind, please return them to  Sew Wicked Ltd within 10 days of receipt.

Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Sew Wicked Ltd. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason.

Note -Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sew Wicked Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of notification of despatch please notify Sew Wicked Ltd by e-mail or in writing. Contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.

Sew Wicked Ltd need to collect certain information to enable us to process your order. The information collected will be stored securely and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The type of information we need to collect includes:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Credit / Debit Card details

We will use your email address to inform you of your orders progress. We may also use the information collected to send you information on products we think might be of interest to you but we will never pass on your data to a third party.

Sew Wicked Ltd makes no warranty or representation that the website will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our products or services.

No part of this website is intended to constitute advice and the content of this website should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.

No part of this website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.

Sew Wicked Ltd reserves the right to change the website, its content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the website following the changes.

If Sew Wicked Ltd is required to make any changes to Terms and Conditions relating to Sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

Sew Wicked Ltd' total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Sew Wicked Ltd to the customer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sew Wicked Ltd accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the website or any information contained therein.

Users should be aware that they use the website and its content at their own risk.

This website may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of Sew Wicked Ltd or that of our affiliates. We assume no responsibility for the content of such websites and disclaim liability for any and all forms of loss or damage arising out of the use of them.

When using the enquiry form, gallery or any other system on the website you should do so in accordance with the following rules:

6. You acknowledge that Sew Wicked Ltd reserves the right to monitor any and all communications made to us or using our system.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations released June 2014 you have a 14 day period during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. As we aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day , your order may already have been sent prior to you requesting to cancel the order. If this is the case please return your package unopened, unused and in a saleable condition to Sew Wicked Ltd, Unit 3, 256 Lower Twydall Lane, Gillingham, Kent, ME8 6XX and we will organise a refund of your order (less delivery costs) within 14 days.
